Wafaq ul Madaris Al Arabia was established to register the Islamic seminaries and the main office of WMAA is in Multan. At present, there are 8000 Iqra schools and 10,000 seminaries, which are affiliated with it. It maintains the standard of education in all these Islamic seminaries and also creates syllabus for the students for different classes. It has the function of checking the education system and makes the arrangements of different classes. When the students pass the exams, then their degrees are also issued to the students.

Wafaq ul Madaris Al Arabia arranges exams for primary, middle, matric part 1 and 2, FA/FSc, BA, MA annual exams after establishing the exams centers. The exams department of WMAA issues date sheets of the annual exams of 5th class, 8th class, SSC, HSSC, Bachelor and Master degree exams to the mailing addresses of the students. The roll number slips of the students are also issued at the same time to the students so that they can appear in the annual exams of their respective class. When the annual exams are over, then the preparation of the papers is started, which is completed within next three months and the annual exams result is issued to the students.
